Your journey begins long before you arrive in Tanzania. All approved participants receive preparation guidance and onboarding support after booking. Preparation is adapted to different fitness levels and backgrounds.

The KILI48 Digital Preparation Program officially begins on 18 September 2026 and is designed to prepare you physically, mentally, and strategically for the KILI48 expedition.

The program includes:

Participants receive structured preparation guidance after booking. We move pole pole - slowly slowly. The goal is not rushing, but sustainable movement, pacing, and consistency under pressure.

Responsibility

HEALTH & SAFETY

Participant safety is always the highest priority. Participants should be in generally good physical health, communicate openly about medical conditions, and be willing to prepare responsibly.

This expedition is not suitable for individuals with

  • Pregnancy

  • Epilepsy

  • Serious heart conditions

  • Medical conditions creating elevated risk during intense breathwork or altitude

All participants are required to complete a health screening before final approval.

The preparation phase is designed to help participants arrive physically prepared, mentally focused, emotionally grounded, and connected to the group before departure.

After booking, participants begin a structured preparation journey - onboarding guidance, training recommendations, breathwork, monthly follow-ups, and a final expedition briefing.
