CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that circumstances change. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled for KILI48 expeditions.

Participant Cancellation

The €900 deposit secures your place on the expedition and includes access to the KILI48 Digital Preparation Program, including online preparation sessions, breathwork training, mindset coaching, educational content, administration, planning, and expedition preparation resources. As these services commence upon registration, the deposit is non-refundable.

If a participant cancels:

More than 120 days before departure: all payments made will be refunded except the €900 EUR deposit
Between 60 and 120 days before departure: 50% of payments made will be refunded. The €900 EUR deposit remains non-refundable
Less than 60 days before departure: no refunds will be provided

KILI48 strongly recommends comprehensive travel insurance including cancellation coverage.

Organizer Cancellation & Changes

In the event KILI48 must cancel or significantly modify an expedition due to safety concerns, weather conditions, operational circumstances, or force majeure events, participants may be offered:

Rescheduling to a future expedition
Partial credit
Alternative expedition solutions

KILI48 shall not be liable for delays, changes, or disruptions caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, subject always to any rights granted to participants under applicable law.
