Summit Uhuru Peak - 5,895m
STYLE Accelerated ascent under 48h

Kilimanjaro is a non-technical mountain. No climbing skills or mountaineering experience are required, and the route is completed entirely on foot. The true challenge lies in the altitude, the pace, and the mental and physical demands of the ascent.
The expedition is guided by Advanced Wim Hof Method instructors, functional breathing specialists, experienced Tanzanian mountain professionals, and a trusted local crew.
The route
THE MARANGU ROUTE
KILI48 takes place via the Marangu Route — also known as the Coca-Cola Route. Unlike camping routes, Marangu provides mountain huts throughout, allowing participants to recover, regulate body temperature, and prepare efficiently during the accelerated ascent.

Over just 48 hours, the environment changes dramatically.
So does the inner experience.

24 SEPT - Departure
Departure from Tanzania. Airport transport to Kilimanjaro International Airport. Return home carrying the experience forward.

This expedition combines high-altitude hiking, breathwork, mindset training, nervous system regulation, cold exposure, physical endurance, group accountability, and collective resilience. Participants are guided not only physically — but mentally and emotionally throughout the journey.
This is not about speed alone. The ascent follows the principle of pole pole - "slowly slowly" in Swahili. A deliberate pacing approach used on Kilimanjaro to support altitude adaptation, breathing efficiency, endurance, and collective movement through the mountain.
Step by step. Breath by breath. It is about remaining present under pressure. The climb itself becomes active meditation, mental training, breathwork in movement, a test of composure — a mirror of the self.
MORE THAN A
SUMMIT ATTEMPT
The mountain becomes a mirror
THE THREE PHASES
Trying
The beginning is physical. The body adjusts. The breath deepens. The mind questions. Discomfort appears. Resistance appears. This is where the journey begins.
Phase One
Crying
Phase Two
At altitude, the mountain strips away resistance. This is where surrender happens. The mountain reveals everything ordinary life allows us to avoid, and everything we are capable of becoming.
Phase Three
FLying
On the descent comes lightness. Freedom. Perspective. Connection. Presence. A feeling difficult to describe, only to experience. You return different.
